At Vatsam Hotels & Resorts, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: 50% cancellation charges
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: 75% cancellation charges
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: 100% cancellation charges
Note:
Cancellation charges will be calculated on the total billing amount, not on partial advances paid.
